The 2010 Football League Two play-off Final was a football match that was played at Wembley Stadium on 30 May 2010, at the end of the 2009–10 season. The match determined the fourth and final team to gain promotion from the League Two to the League One, and was contested by Rotherham United and Dagenham & Redbridge. Rotherham United reached the final after beating Aldershot Town 3-0 on aggregate and Dagenham & Redbridge after a 7-2 aggregate victory over Morecambe. Dagenham & Redbridge won the playoff final 3-2.
